This has groomed me into an individual who now possesses a unique broad base of EPCM experience.
The majority of my career has been spent on large residential, commercial, retail and
industrial developments, a housing development for 1700 housing units & I had the privilege of being involved on two large international airports.
I also have a verifiable track record of successful completion of multi-disciplinary construction
projects developing successful working relationships and building positive rapport with clients
and the professional teams while maintaining costs within budget.
I possess a higher than average personal and communicational skill together with singlemindedness for accuracy and detail.
I am also well versed in critical path project management, document preparation, budget management & analysis, design coordination, consultant management, contract administration and quality control including, SHE management.
