Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Training on Legal liability, HIRA, Incident investigation, SHE rep and a full Safety qualification. Training on Fire fighting and Forklift. On these courses I am expected to design the training material and assessment devices that they can gauge correct and valid results that can be repeated and still give the same out come.
Training on Scaffolding courses. From basic scaffolds to special scaffolds. I do the facilitation and assessment on candidates. Do practical on Scaffolds that are relevant to their work environment. Train them on how to read and build using a drawing from an Engineer.
Training on Quickdeck and MEWPS. Training on how to safely assembly a Quickdeck and dismantle it. Training on Mobile Elevated Platforms
SACPCMP CPD Assessor. Assessing all construction or Built Environment courses that are to be given National credits or CPD hours. And give approval or not if it does not meet the requirements.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
Identifying Training needs analysis and gaps. Bookings and invoicing. Setting and sending quotes with terms and conditions for acceptance. Providing training dates. Requesting venues for training.
For SACPCMP CPD Assessor: Requesting the documentation for the course to be assessed. The presenter`s CVs, their qualifications and background check.
To quantify the the CPD points or National hours that they meet or not.
