To maintain a reliable fleet of rolling stock and traction equipment that ensure reliable movement of bulk goods and bulk passenger within the nation and across the region

1. Ensure that procurement of quality raw materials is done duly in approprite times 2. Ensure that appropriate skills are available such that output product is guarented as per market demand. 3. Monitoring and controlling processes and all activities to ensure deadlines and target are met as per plan. 4. Ensure that support plant and equipment are available for production. 5.
