The functions should be proper people management and also bieng able to communicate effectively aswell as good understanding of the logistics and supply chain process and KPI's.

Straight forward and disciplined candidate with a zest for life and people.i believe the better you can communicate with people and respectively ,the better the outcome of any task reason bieng, all tasks involve people. Secondly I understand and respect laws and procedures and not just a risk taker,but a risk taker with absolute caution if it requires me to do so.
