Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Management of two warehouses, receiving and loading yard. Human Resources (employment, disciplinary, staff, training, IODïs). Transport - own, third party, collections, cross border full function (SLAïs, agreements, price negotiations, supplier relations, projects). Dispatch full function (Planning, administration, PODïs, routing, loading equipment, eet vehicles, 3rd party transport planning). Receiving (administration, PODïs, inbound planning, loading equipment, binning, imports). Purchasing and sourcing of fixed assets, consumables, raw materials and accessories required for customers as well as maintaining supply chain functionality and performance. Sourcing, negotiations and approval of additional suppliers. Stock Control (inventory management of raw materials, inventory management for nished goods & warehouse, branch transfers, back orders, replenishment levels). Cash management of site (reconciliations, banking, petty cash management). Administration (reporting weekly & monthly, SLA updates, delivery planning, projects). OHS (site security & investigations, health & safety implementation and management). Management of customer requirements according to their forecasts. Assisting sales team with new customers, new designs, marketing material and general customer communication. Customer service (department, reporting, complaints management). Management of cash office & sales counter management. Management of debtorïs accounts. Waste management of the site recovery, environmental and disposal.

I look grumpy but I am a very stable and patient person not reacting impulsively or with anger.
