To continuously improve the overall performance of the two departments (IT & Operations) to become more efficient without sacrificing safety or security, provide better service deliveries, keep customers happy, ensure stock availability and closely monitor inventory, lower expenses, improve teamwork, embrace change, welcome new technologies, learn from mistakes and improve preventative measures, empower communities.

I love being part of all aspects of the business to fully understand the business operations and requirements and get involved in all aspects and get the required team together to enhance this. This include the operational people, HR, Finance, Admin, IT to see how everyone's input can make a difference to them, the employer, their family and community. Taking that into consideration, the best part is to use an IT solution to make someone else's lives better and improve their workload so the can focus on what is important for them.
