Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
My main duty is to ensure compliance to Aspen Pharma care East Londonïs quality management systems & applicable regulations by performing validation exercises in compliance with GMP standards and validation schedules, performing relevant qualification and validation activities (Design Review, SAT, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, Re qualification / R evalidation) as per protocols and SOP to ensure new equipment (Manufacturing, packaging, laboratory, In Process Check equipment), utilities (HVAC, Water and compressed air) function as per intended use. Maintain the GMP compliant status of equipment and processes. Participate in change control assessments and improvements to equipment, utilities and processes to ensure the compliance status of the affected equipment is not compromised. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and utilities to identify any deficiencies and ensure quality standards are being adhered to. Ensure documents and procedures to operate, maintain and calibrate equipment are in place. Compile, maintain and update validation documentation as per SOP and Aspenïs Quality Management System. Generate validation reports on a weekly/ monthly basis. Train staff on SOPs and protocols for use, calibration and maintenance of equipment and utilities to maintain compliance.

1)There must be a Qualify Managements System in place and it be adhered to by all. 2)A Site Validation Master plan, Validation Plan and Validation Schedule that i follow and adhere to. 3)Project Timelines, Process Improvement Project timelines to adhere too and OEE data to use to make the necessary assessments and be able to advise accordingly. 4)Maintenance system that schedules all maintenance and calibration. 5)Reference to applicable regulatory requirements as far as what is expected of the company in terms of compliance.
