Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Project management and planning Environmental management, Health and safety including safety environmental audits, Ensure quality control is adhered to and implemented Address SAPHRA audit findings in a pharmaceutical industry. Maintain regulatory systems according to AICC requirement and SAHPRA. Witing SOPïs and protocols for Validation. Computer Systems Validation Facility Validation Commissioning of Laboratory Equipment, URS, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ Process Validation draft protocol and execution. Periodic review of chemical laboratory equipment HPLC and UHPLC, Dosimat, Osmometer, Florometer and Perkin Elmer and others. Periodic review of production tanks, scales and steel rulers. Compile cleaning validation protocol for the form fill seal (FSS) machine, one (1) head filler. Requalification of water line Validation for the water results. Process Validation, protocol write up and execution: Lease and delegate to timelines to project leaders and suppliers about task to be executed.
