Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
To provide technical support the business and take responsibility for the optimization (improve and manage utilities recoveries for buildings that I am responsible for) of utility consumption and performance in line with Redefineïs environmental sustainability practices. Validation of tenant billings against check metering on site and analysis of expense tariffs to ensure that tenant is billed on a correct tariff. Attending to tenant queries relating to utility charges and managing the utility service provider in line with the Service Level Agreement.
