My role is to ensure I contribute to the department's goal of being efficient with the customer deliveries and that is through optimizing and vehicle utilization to save cost for the Organization and ensuring safety at all time. Tender costing must be accurate to enable accurate outcome. Rate Management - monthly Price change after Department of Energy's publication. Benchmark to be accurately reviewed and maintained to assist in Adhoc calculations request. Historical performance to be well maintained to allow accurate Forecasting and Accrual processing. Reporting tools efficiency- Power Business Integrity (Power BI) Support from relevant Stakeholders such as Finance, Purchasing, Suppy and Logistics
