Supervise tooling design, manufacturing, and repairing process. Coordinate with project manager and project team for timely completion of project activities. Deliver tooling support to Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Production, IE, and Quality Departments as per requirement. Contribute in determining and executing value-added improvement opportunities.

Coordination and cooperation with tooling staff and project manager. Provide training to tooling personnel on proper operation procedures. Examine and update tooling KPIs to meet market demands Create, maintain, and improve tooling procedure manuals.

Accomplished and results-driven professional with hands-on experience in leading press dies and tool designs of conventional clutch cover and disc assemblies for passenger and light commercial vehicles. Adept at modifying tools, executing new dies, and increasing productivity. Strong background in various data management systems, such as SAP and CAD systems, Windchill, ProE Wildfire, and PTC Creo Parametric. Demonstrated ability to manage stamping progression tool design, project planning, and SAP End-user support. Demonstrated communication skills with fluency in English/Xhosa and moderate command over Zulu/Sotho as well as ability to build robust relationship
