Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:

Continuous assessment & redesign & implementation of entire Proposals Department (Policy, Processes, Reporting & ISO9000 Compliance management structure concept to maintain the desired Conversion (Win) Rate Development/redesign & Maintenance of Proposal/Tender submission templates & print media (Industry & Client Specific formats) Planning & Maintenance of Proposal Department Workload Schedule in line with project schedule, with specific emphasis on the EXCO "BID / NO-BID Development Process to utilize resource time & ability to the full extent Continuous Compilation & submission of Project-specific Proposal/Tender CTRïs for EXCO approval before BID / NO-BID go-ahead Reporting Proposal/Tender running costs & team performance to BDD & MD including conversion rate analysis with recommended development initiatives emanating from post mortems/market researches Continuous development of entire Proposals Department concept including Register, Execution Plans, Preparation Budgets (CTRïs), Win Rate & post mortem analysis in conjunction with Business Line Managers Continuous Support Staff Development and Reporting for quarterly and year end performance assessment for recommendations for promotion and/or bonus to EXCO Key Role on committee to decide overall salary increases and bonuses for annual work performance by staff members, including input into Incentive Schemes in support thereof

I love developing people, and seeing the results of all the Team's hard work when we celebrate the joy of every win we accomplish...its what makes Proposals and Tenders worth the effort they require to win against all the other competitors in the market!! That is why I want to be part of a Team again, working independently as a Consultant simply isn't the same at all, as you never see the results of what you teach, only hear about them from time to time.
