Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Conduct Project Audits. Rescue derailed projects by replanning, re-baselining, and developing project recovery plans. setup and establish a functional project management office. Instill project management plans across all departments. ensure accurate reporting. ensuring successful execution and completion of projects on time, budget, scope (manage change control), and with quality.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
1. Communication - across all stakeholders to ensure that there is consensus and everyone is working towards the same objectives and that expectations are realistic and understood across the board. 2. Alignment - Audit and ensure projects are within prescribed governance. This includes an audit of the existing processes and procedures and ensure best practice is observed guided by PMBOK. 3. Coach, mentor, and transfer knowledge to get the team to work towards best practice principles, and quality work with traceable audit trails. 4. Identify and develop project benefit measurement tools to track and report on the project PKI.
