Running the lab, focusing on day to day operations, data processing, and writing of procedures and risk assessments.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
-Ensure that all deviations are reported, and appropriate action is taken to correct -Troubleshoot and maintain analytical equipment such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC-ECD and HPLC-UV) -Update and maintain laboratory records, methods, and procedures -Carry out verifications/calibrations on critical analytical equipment -Ensure proper and correct disposal of chemical waste

I was chosen to be a mentor for the undergraduateschemistry students because of my tutoring skills. I am an exceptionally friendly person with a pleasant disposition, I relate quite freely and very well with all people of different social and cultural backgrounds.
