With Diagnoses and interpreting problems by fault finding to optimize production output and with the Maintenance team to carry out plant repairs.I ensure that all levels are maintained at required standards of breakdown like preventative and predictive maintenance carried out effectively

Responsible for human resources of Maintenance team services goals and appraisers immediate subordinates on bi annual basis giving more frequent coaching and feedback,ensuring competency for all subordinates through adequate training, assessment and coaching recruit and manage all contractors on projects (mechanical, electrical and civil contractors)
Skill area of competence:
Operational delivery,self discipline, good coordination,time management. Good communication skills, planning and organising,technical drawing interpretations and mechanical skill,good troubleshooting systems and goo fault finding skill.
