Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Sales Administration. The goal is to drive Sales and meet monthly targets for the different industries such as detergents, paints, food and cosmetics, as well as attend to customer needs and problems.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
1.Customer Service - I needed to attend to customer needs in order to bring about customer satisfaction, providing a good customer service is critical to ensure that customers continue to buy in future 2. Building Long term business relationships - meeting with customers on a regular basis in order to develop long term relationships with them is extremely important in this role 3.Competitor Knowledge - it is extremely important to know one's competitor in terms of pricing, products, service etc, in order to know what to offer your customers 4. Delivery of product - lead time for delivery should be 2 -3 working days, and if for some reason a product is not delivered on time, the customer needs to be informed accordingly as certain customers operate a 24 hour manufacturing site

I have obtained a license to operate counter balance lift trucks. I believe that a positive work culture and ethic of any working environment plays a big part of any company and I would love the opportunity to actually grow with the company as a whole, together with developing my skills and abilities further in order to take on more responsibility to contribute efficiently and effectively to a company.
