Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:
Fault finding on equipment, compile, review and update maintenance procedures. Verify and ensure that the spares are available and procured in time. Perform QC activities, drawing up quality control plans. Identify potential problems and initiate proactive measures to correct timorously. Perform standby duties. Set and Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Managing key accounts as a whole, which includes, proposals, quotes, sales level agreements, CRM and supply. Maintain relationships with customers. Cold calling and new business development. Update customers on new products and developments in the valves industry.
