Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Managing multiple areas simultaneously, with a focus on leading the development of highly technical projects. Creating a vision, then constructing, troubleshooting, and managing all aspects of the project within the stipulated time available. In charge of the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of software and web projects, ensuring the successful completion of all software projects and overseeing the team performing work on the projects.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
Define the product vision, strategy, and build the product roadmap. Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating Resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests And maintenance. Assembling and leading the project team. Participating in and supervising each stage of the project. Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines. Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as to possible. Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion. Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information. Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance. Prioritizing tasks as the project progresses. Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction. Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers. Own requirements and prioritize features and deliverables. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure goals are met. Ensure alignment between client objectives and Development team. Manage and track the engineering teamïs progress. Own deliverables, and ensure quality is delivered within budget and time constraints. Contributing ideas for projects and deliverables are released with quality and high specification. Functioning as the main point of contact for all technical teams. Elaborating on the scope and range of the project. Documenting any progress made across all working components of the project. Leading multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of the project. Managing the expectations both internally and externally. Reporting on progress to seniors and escalating issues when necessary. Monitoring budget, billings, and accounting for the project. Forecasting potential resources required for the project. Ensuring all milestones in the project lifecycle are attained within stipulated periods. Organizing regular team meetings, so that new challenges or constraints may come to light. Organizing workshops and training for people who need upskilling.

I have experience in delivering complex IT, Telco, Infrastructure, Security, and VoIP projects. I have a well-deserved reputation with my current employer, for developing accurate and achievable project plans, from design to execution. I am a tech-savvy systems thinker with good business acumen. A positive person who embraces challenges, with a strong desire for goal achievement. A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, who thrives on social interaction and customer satisfaction. Although I enjoy my job, at this stage of my career, I need to find a company where I see a long-term career path and I think this position would be a great fit with my skills and goals.
