Responsible for all technical support around Africa and South Africa doing site visits to resolve problems that may occur. Solve systemic problems to minimize losses and maximize equipment availability. Rendering technical advice/support, addressing technical issues and attending meetings, and doing a technical review. Implementing new customers, doing company products introduction to African steel companies. Doing Cold Calling
