I am a seasoned Engineering professional offering extensive experience in developing and optimizing industrial processes and developing best practices and innovative solutions to improve Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Quality efficiencies. l have a reputation for successfully solving difficult problems that require adapting and modifying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

I have 15 years of experience in operations and projects in heavy manufacturing industries, including beverage and food processing, chemical manufacturing, polymers, water and wastewater treatment, hygiene, homecare, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. During this time, I have held various positions, such as Process Engineer, Senior Projects Engineer, Technical Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and my current role as Process and Projects Manager. I have been involved in the design, installation, and commissioning of industrial plants and process equipment, including process, mechanical, and control systems.
As I have completed a programming course in C+ at university, and have experience programming advanced process control systems in an industrial setup, I believe I could add value to embedded systems projects involving PLC programming and automation. I have been involved in PLC programming during the commissioning stages of new plants and plant upgrades at Schweppes, and therefore have in-depth knowledge in this area.
I have over 12 years of experience in managing projects, with a deep understanding of process, electrical, mechanical, automation, and advanced process systems. This experience will enable me to add significant value to this position. I also have extensive experience in project management in various roles such as Technical Manager, Senior Projects Engineer, and Process Engineer. In these roles, I managed both Capex and Opex Projects, which will further add value to this role.
In addition to my project management expertise, I possess a strong understanding of industrial process unit operations such as heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid flow processes, mechanical processes, and thermodynamics.
