As Financial Controller I was responsible for the full trial balance and balance sheet record keeping, key partner in the internal and external audit process.

A key part of my role was to develop strategies and drive initiatives to enhance profitability and maximize effectiveness in various processes.

We managed to improve our bottom line results with 10% pts, had clean audits and strict controls over budget spend.

Working capital with emphasis on stock management and receivables was another key pillar we managed to improve.
