Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

The primary purpose of my current position is to lead the implementation of the PGT ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) across multiple business units, while aligning project outcomes with strategic business transformation goals. I’m responsible for driving digital transformation and enhancing enterprise asset management processes—particularly in the areas of plant and fleet maintenance. This includes strengthening asset care strategies, optimizing maintenance planning, and ensuring compliance and performance through effective governance, cross-functional collaboration, and structured project management. My role supports long-term operational efficiency, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the business.

Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:

Asset Management & Maintenance Planning – Reliable and efficient asset care strategies for both plant and fleet are essential. This includes planned maintenance, predictive analytics, and uptime optimization to support operational continuity.

ERP System Functionality (SAP S/4HANA) – The ERP system must be configured and integrated correctly to support maintenance workflows, data accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong alignment and cooperation across departments such as Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations are critical to ensure seamless project execution and system adoption.

Project Governance & Change Management – Effective governance structures, risk management, and change control processes are necessary to maintain project integrity and user adoption during transformation initiatives.

Data Quality & Master Data Management – High-quality, consistent data is fundamental for reliable reporting, asset tracking, and system performance.

Training & Capability Building – Continuous upskilling of users and stakeholders ensures sustainability, system utilization, and process ownership across the organization.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment – Adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, audit, financial controls) is essential to avoid operational and legal risks.

Together, these functions create the foundation for successful ERP implementation, asset care optimization, and long-term business value.
