Managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commercial, and HSE functions to achieve project goals.

Contract and stakeholder management, including negotiations, risk identification, and resolution of disputes.

Financial control, including budget preparation, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure the project remains within approved limits.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements.

2. Engineering Expertise (Civil/Structural/Infrastructure)

In-depth technical understanding of heavy civil works, concrete structures, earthworks, roads, pipelines, tailings dams, and port infrastructure.

Competent in reviewing and interpreting drawings, specs, and QA/QC protocols to ensure engineering integrity.

Experienced in preparing and managing detailed budgets, forecasts, cash flow models, and BOQs.
