Motivating, Managing and Executing CAPEX projects that align with the company's strategic goals regarding equipment and facility upgrades and expansion. Driving factory automation also falls under this key responsibility.

Supporting Production and Maintenance by offering technical assistance and guidance to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of all manufacturing operations for continuous improvement.
