Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
To provide Project & Temp. Works solutions & advice to contractors & developers. The goal of these solutions is to provide project savings in time & labor and to additionally provide favorable quality outcomes. Workshopped solutions are often the "spark" that allows commencement of a project or a project milestone. In South Africa & Sub-Saharan Africa, most structures are reinforced concrete. With raw material & labor costs escalating, the only way forward is to investigate all options & methodology in order to find a solution that meets the requirements of budget and the needs of all project stakeholders.
