Draft legal opinions, memorandum and other related legal documents. identifying and managing legal risks within the business. Manage the delivery of litigation support to the business and manage legal costs by being proactive in legal matters.

There must be transparency in how we do business. Each business Unit and the Heads must be accountable for their own work and divisions. There must be efficiency in how projects are done and implemented in order to exceed our deliverables to our Clients and Stakeholders. Every function performed must be in accordance to policy, rules and regulations and everybody must comply to all set rules.
