Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:
Assist with planning and coordinating the process and resources required in the event of improvements, being implement. Prepare product and status report by collecting, analyzing and summarize information and trends Assists investigate deviations of the SPC data. Draw up and analyze UP-Time data for the previous shift. Assist in measuring the bonnet temperature cycle, using the Squirrel Device. Assists investigate the deviation of the Geometry, Assembly or Part(s). Assist in ensuring that process audits are done accordingly to process control sheets, work instructions, and follow up on any non-conformances. Assist in developing manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, research designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
