The responsibility to produce accurate workload forecasts of operation activities and resource requirements, as well as accurate staff schedules to ensure operational delivery in line with overall company strategy.

1. Ensure updated employee data available in the WFM system. 2. Produce timeously work schedule based on forecast and labour legislation. 3. Gathering information about process changes, elements that affect forecast. 4. Daily optimal resource planning and work allocation according to manageable workload.
