I am a social butterfly and love spending time with my friends and family. I love watching webinars, travelling, have interests in well-being of the mind. I am compassionate and very approachable. I see myself as very friendly, hardworking. I love summer, as being outdoors, swimming and enjoying the sun is good for the soul. I love organizing business processes. I believe working smarter and not harder. I look at things holistically and nothing feels better when everything falls into place and you see the benefits of your doing. I can naturally solve problems. Due to my project management skills, I tend to look at this systematically but also keep in mind the culture of the company. I love creative thinking. Interacting with people, being sound boards is a love of mine. I am very reliable and have an excellent track record. I love travelling and experiencing new cultures and sights. Risk management also comes very natural to me. If I don't believe in something, I find it very hard to sell you on it, so think Sales will most probably be my least successful area. My least favourite is death my power-point. I will much rather talk to you and show you videos or live sight visits. I love learning. So I have always had interests of Mentoring, Coaching, Psychology. I have done several courses. When it comes to professional work, I have various strengths. The skills standing out would be Adaptive leadership, Being Proactive, Service Orientated, Creative problem solving, Crisis Management, Analyzation, ability to work under pressure, business process & coaching, process implementation, critical thinking , duty of care, high morals, strong work ethic. The Travel industry as well as the legal firm I worked for was very demanding. You had to think quick on your feet, be effective as well as productive, have the ability to make profits for your company. I am a fast learner. So if I don't know something, I will make it my mission to find out and learn everything I can, until I am good at it. I am not afraid of hard work. I have been thinking of changing careers and Covid-19 has given me this opportunity to do this.
