Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
In my current position at GEO Plastic and Plumbing sales, is to maintain and control of stock in the warehouse. I am currently involved in pulling out warehouse reports and making sure that the stock is 100% correct and there is no stock loss or shortages, as well doing daily stock counts, and doing the negative and positive values of stock after every stock count which is done in the warehouse, making sure that the warehouse is neat and tidy always. I am also the assistant to the warehouse manager, as well delegate different duties when needed to the staff and supervise the staff. My other duties are to received stock which are returns from the customers, and to make sure that the stock is received in a good condition and the quantity which is returned is correct, and to send the credit notes to credit customers returns. I am involved of checking stock if it needs to be written off and get the written off stock authorised, my other official duties are checking the invoices of stock which is received from the suppliers and it balances with the purchase order, as well i am involved in distribution of stock and receiving of stock, assisting customers when collecting stock. I have a good knowledge of various computer programs, and these computer programs are to carry out my daily tasks palladium accounting and Microsoft office.
