Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
* Taking charge of the complete warehouse stock control * Identifying stock that belongs to different engineering components * Initiating the area for different stock identifications * Develop a warehouse layout to separate engineering and electrical components * Preparation of stock sheets * Initializing stock takes * Liaising with suppliers and customers * Controlling all stock levels, i.e. highs & lows * Creating new racking space and new bin allocations * Labelling all racks and bins * Monitoring all requisites * Monitoring all issues requested by technicians * Printing all managements reports in conjunction with stock * Ordering all stock and non-stock items * Training staff on warehouse stock issues and requisites * Preparation of staff time sheets * Submitting BBEEE certificates to human resources * Preparation of employment equity reports * Liaising with human resources on issuing warnings, hearings, suspensions, etc. * Supervision of 15 staff
