Career summary:
Call Centre - gave me an opportunity to understand customers needs and be a good listener, empathize, follow up and resolve queries in time. Also it made me see that as a Team we could resolve any problem as we all complimented each other, especially when you do not now everything but could ask around for help from those who specialized in certain products, but you still had to shine as a individual and perform to your best ability and knowledge. Sales Area Account Manager - as a Manager I was responsible for my Team and I had to make sure that I protect all company interests, e.g. Policies and Processes. Sign contracts and renew them in time, protect and retain our market share. Keep clients happy at all times. Be analytical, follow up and make sure that the team perform and learn from you as I had to be exemplary. Vendor Support Relationship Manager - as a sole link between internal and external clients. I learnt that I was the eyes and the ears of my company, the clients we serviced and their clients (Travel Agents) and their clients (corporate companies - Business Traveller's).
