Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Manage the relationship and performance between Company X and outsourcing vendor, monitor and report on vendor performance and compliance to contract obligations. Conduct service provider reviews/ audits and provide guidance remedial action, recommendations for minimising costs and ensuring compliance to policies and procedures. Ensure that internal business owners are being supported by the vendor in working towards meeting and exceeding performance goals.
