I am a project engineer, a trainer and optimizer. I help project managers achieve maximum output on any project and I polish, improve and streamline processes. I help businesses achieve their best performance.

I have a deep understanding of project management principles since I have many years project engineering experience and because I have lectured a PM course over the past two years. I have the natural ability to understand risk on various levels within an organization and to either mitigate such risk or capitalize on positive risk (opportunity). I am an expert in process flow diagrams and I have developed management systems for various companies.
