Management of the Training Function. Training employees to ensure products are manufactured "blood free", according to spec and delivered on time to customers.

Skill area of competence:
management of the Training Cycle, assessment, moderation and verification of training, liaison with external training providers and arrangement of training based on Individual development and company requirements Management of induction and other SHERQ and Legal Compliance Related training, Management of all Pipeline Candidates (apprentices, Learners) and ensuring timeous readiness for line management succession planning, performance management and Audits Training budget compilation management, mentor and coach Trainers, Management of training records, Ensure quality of training and stakeholder relationships (SETAs, Training Providers); Collaboration with Universities, UoTs, TVET Colleges, co-ordinate external training, Compilation and presentation of training reports. SETA Accreditation and Workplace Approval Management of Training Resources and Facilities
