Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Duties Performing Daily checks according to the specification required Tools Adjustments Refurbishing on pressers when Ends(Shells)are not on spec. Construct precision Tools and dies that used to cut and form Aluminum Ends Faulting finding on Shell Pressers when there is breakdowns Build and repair worn or damaged dies and fixtures Attend breakdowns, maintenance and overhaul. Operate machines to produce parts or tools by turning manual lathe , surface grinders,boring,milling,shaping,drilling metal stock and components Set up and operate hand or machine tools. Use of precisions tools(height Gauges , Vernier caliper s, micrometers ,ceramic gauge blocks,gueges,microscope,tape measure ruler) Working with tight tolerance of 0.001and meet deadlines to specification required. Check accuracy and quality of the finished parts, tools or sub-assemblies. To assist with the safeguarding of persons against the significant hazards associated with the use operation of machines Basic welding,Arc welding,Gas Cutting Basic Rigging Attending shifts and change overs
