Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
I am employed as a Tool room technician, where by I resolve all the Tool (applicators) problems and fault findings that occur during production at Cutting and sitdown presses. And Assisting Tool Setters where they are unable to resolve tool problems, to minimise downtime.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
To ensure that all tools are in good condition before they go to production, production runs smoothly. Follow breakdown procedure and breakdown analysis of the tool room. Maintainance of tools as per instructions. ïEnsure daily maintenance of tools is dome
