Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES) Responsible for the provision of an effective payroll input capture, administration and support function Collate, verify and correct time records before and after computer input Accurate data capture all wage information in time for weekly payroll run Daily updating of time & attendance obtain, check and process leave forms Finger enrolment including checking qualification and criminal check with MIE Communicate all changes on pay run to payroll dept extracting any interim reports as required by management or HR Monitor employees time keeping and report possible concerns to applicable controller/ manager Ensure compliance with company policy asset control function Ensure tagging, regular physical and system verification, action asset transfer and disposal Ensure compliance to company policies and conditions of service Ensure that all employee files are correct and that all filing are timeously done in order to handle all queries quick and efficiently Assist employees with clocking issues Capture all HR data on excel Give access control to new employees, terminate with reason and reinstate. Internal transfer Process approved overtime Capturing training records on VIP
