I find immense enjoyment in my work. I thrive in a team environment, but I’m also effective when working independently. I don’t base my expertise on a title, as it has been cultivated over 35 years of work experience, including running my own business. My current position suits me perfectly due to my extensive experience. Although I don’t possess any tertiary qualifications that might warrant a different title, I believe that in terms of promotion or growth within a company, the next logical step would be “Office Manager.” However, this role would primarily involve managing clerical and administrative staff and overseeing office dynamics. Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

My primary purpose as a Family Executive Personal Assistant is to assist with both work and personal-related tasks. The main objective is to facilitate the immigration of the heads of the family, manage the sale of personal shares, and oversee the collation of all properties and title deeds. I am also responsible for hiring an agency to maintain all properties.

In addition, I am assisting with the startup of a micro-lending company, including project management and training of the call center staff. I will be managing the call center until a manager has been hired. Furthermore, I handle all travel arrangements, as well as diary and email management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in office management systems and procedures, as well as MS Office, is necessary for creating reports, presentations, managing emails, and more.
Attention to Detail: Whether it’s making travel arrangements or managing emails, attention to detail is crucial to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
Adaptability: The needs of executives may change rapidly, so I need to be flexible and adapt to new tasks or situations quickly.

I have a quick wit and sense of humour, but I am an ambivert, so as much as I love people, I can just as easily spend days in my own company.
