Results-oriented Mechanical Engineer with extensive knowledge of engineering principles and a proven desire to undertake automotive operations maintenance services and improve overall technical operations. Currently and actively seeking quality experience within the automotive and maintenance engineering field.

1. Workflow Management: Efficiently plan, organize, and oversee the workflow within the operations team to ensure timely completion of tasks

2. Resource Allocation and Quality Assurance: Effectively allocate human and technical resources to various projects as well as implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards and minimise costs in broadcast services.

3. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure that the team delivers solutions that align with client expectations.

4. Team Leadership, Continuous Improvement and Adaptability and Innovation: Offering guidance, motivation, and support to ensure a cohesive team orientation. Ensuring the team is up and abreast with technological advancements and best practices. Regularly evaluating and optimising operating procedures and ensuring effective processes are adopted while mitigating ineffective processes.
