Experience in R2M identification and implementation for different economically mature countries on the continent. During my career I have successfully been involved in market penetration activities (business development, sales, project execution, and after-market service) in the following countries: South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Malawi, Angola, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Sudan, Djibouti, Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, DRC, Mauritius, Seychelles and Madagascar.

Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
I have full P&L responsibility for two separate divisions (Topline Revenue right through to EBITDA level).
I have several multi-disciplined teams reporting to me (sales, administration, projects, and after-sales service).
I am responsible for short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategic planning. Developing and implementing sustainable business plans per Division, Sub-Division, discipline, team, and individual.
People development, coaching, and mentoring (in my opinion the most important part of my job).
