The main task is to create and manage high performing teams from an engineering or asset management point of view. Initial steps are to build processes within the organisation that can be replicated from opportunity to opportunity in a manner that is understandable by the whole broader team. My role afterwards is of a qualitative nature to make sure the output is well thought through and of high quality to add value to the business.

Understand the environment of the opportunity and have a very good understanding of the customer's requirements. Make sure that the opportunity inputs are correctly documented and applied to the simulations consistently. Review the results and apply specific criteria to drill down to final set of solutions. Present to the broader team and apply further insight to arrive at the final solution presentable to the customer.
