Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

I am responsible of managing Professional Services categories include HR services, Legal Services, Meeting & Events Management, Travel, Car fleet and IT Services. And also responsible for managing Commercial spend categories include Creative agencies, BTL Agencies, Promotional items, Merchandising, Media, to meet group and business objectives

Run RFx and RFP
Manage Global and Division RFPs
Establish effective trustful relationships with key stakeholders to align on joint target agreement and procurement projects
Perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories spend
Build strong relationship with strategic partners and key suppliers
Identify and implement initiatives to deliver total value to the organization
develop and maintaining of Category Demand Plans that will meet purchasing customer service goals, corporate profit goals and return on equity goals
Support to develop and implementation of Category Strategies
Support to implement all Procurement Procedure and Policies to fulfil the Procurement mandate
Support the implementation and maintenance of procurement Compliance, Risk and Governance Frameworks. This includes the issuing, analyzing and remediation of all identified supplier risks
