My most recent position i was tasked with the complete operation of the warehouse to improve service delivery to all our clients and to reach our monthly targets.With my strong planning skills and qualities I identified the under performing areas and implemented a strong action plan. Due to a team effort monthly targets were met and customer service improved.

Im a firm believer in morning feedback meetings where the previous days obsticals were identifiyed and a plan of action identified with the input of the relevant employees to rectify or prevent same occurance. Analyze and meet daily targets. Being hands on with all employees.
