I have also great and solid experience in elaborating proposals for clients and tenders developing master plans, and concept notes for partners and MoUs, and meeting key decision-makers with organizations and institutions to engage in strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:

 Develop strategic and healthy Sales Pipelines with SMART goals
 Identifying the target potential customers in the region who require our product range for their specific applications.
 Manage market deployment in agriculture, education, and healthcare sectors.
 Represent the organization to all stakeholders at the national level
 Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers and partners
 Selling and closing sales of MoneyMaker irrigation pumps to different partners and channels
 Participating in trade fairs and generating 15% of overall monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
 Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government institutions, NGOs, international, and private sector entities, and other relevant partners within the assigned jurisdiction.
 Developing Operational Plan to meet Sales & Operational Objectives
 Advising the management with relevant information on Market Trends and Occurrences.
 Guide customers on our product in the designated areas.
 In line with the Country Manager and Southern Region Head of Partnership, elaborate yearly and quarterly business and sales targets, and budgets, and present the diversified reports every month end..
 Managing sales, business development, and financial education
 Identified developed, and managed new partnerships targeting distributors,
 Elaborating Proposals for tenders, MoUs, and supporting the fundraising team.
 Elaborating presentations to partners or customers in different engagements
 Preparing and presenting regular reports for the Board of directors and other executive management bodies
 Designing Marketing adverts, publicities, and collaterals for TV stations, Radios, Business Trade fairs, and all related events materials,
 Contributes to the development and implementation of the annual strategy;
 Dissemination of program/project outcomes and lessons learned.
 Deputizing the Country Director and acting as Country Director whenever the bearer was absent.
