Results-oriented Mechanical Engineer with extensive knowledge of engineering principles and a proven desire to undertake automotive operations maintenance services and improve overall technical operations. 4. Team Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Adaptability, and Innovation: Offering guidance, motivation, and support to ensure a cohesive team orientation. Ensuring the team is up and abreast with technological advancements and best practices. Regularly evaluate and optimise operating procedures and ensure effective processes are adopted while mitigating ineffective processes.

B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering degree.
Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Provide leadership to the team.
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement mechanical designs for new projects or product enhancements.
