Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

In my last position, as Plant Manager, the factory was still in construction phase and I was responsible for designing and setting up the Plant structure, Organogram, Production Systems, Safety systems, Logistics Platform, Recruiting Staff, designing the onboarding and specific training roadmaps for staff, training of staff. I was also appointed as the OHS Act 16.2 appointee.
I was also asked to assist project team with construction activities and due to my engineering and project skills and experience, I became a key member in the Project and Construction team, adding value in identification of current as built problems and suggesting improvements, working closely with Project Manager reviewing drawings and conducting design reviews and HAZOP studies of changes to design.
