ACHIEVEMENTS: Geoscience Storage Consolidation Project:
Played a key role in a strategic project to centralize geological core and sample storage for the Exploration Division. Worked as part of a dedicated and diverse team to scope, source, and establish a new central storage facility, ensuring full compliance with safety and operational requirements. Coordinated the seamless relocation of core and samples from multiple remote sites to the new location, aligning all transfers with the division’s geological database for accurate tracking and accessibility. The project was delivered successfully on time and without incident, significantly improving storage efficiency, data integrity, and long-term resource management.

I manage exploration project needs by sourcing, procuring, and supplying goods and resources efficiently. My work ensures alignment with supply chain, logistics, and SHEC (Safety, Health, Environment, and Community) processes. I oversee all global imports and exports of equipment and materials. I coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery. I also handle vendor onboarding, securing contracts and NDAs where necessary.

Procurement & Sourcing: Procure goods and equipment from approved vendors, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery aligned with project needs.
Vendor Management: Onboard and manage vendors inclusive of specialized equipment, handling contracts and compliance.

Import/Export & Logistics: Manage international shipments and logistics to meet regulatory and project requirements.
Project Operations: Support fleet and facilities management to ensure smooth daily operations across exploration sites.
