I have an LLB (Baccalaureus Legum) degree and completed various advances in-house courses keeping up with new labour relations legislation. I also specialize in BEE and helped various clients obtaining certain required BEE levels. In both fields I facilitated on occasions where I trained employees to certain levels to enable them to follow the correct progressive discipline and to prepare adequately for hearings. I have a keen interest and expert knowledge in Labour Law. I am currently employed as a senior legal advisor where I deal with labour law as an industrial relations specialist on a full-time basis. My duties are included in my curriculum vitae. I feel that I am 100% qualified for this position and have been in this field for 15 years. I am also involved with Consolidated Employers Organisation where I, on an ad hoc basis, handle their affairs for them at the CCMA. I enjoy my work, however, I look forward to new challenges.
