I'm definitely an introvert but I adapt very easily to change. I believe in consultative processes, team work and not particularly fond of a dictatorship approach.

As much as I value team work however, I work best independently and I am capable of taking autonomous decisions in line with organisational policies. I take initiative, I can plan and organise my own work with little or no supervision. I uphold professionalism and ethical conduct. I'm always open to research and learning new things to enhance my knowledge and abilities. In terms of development I value information sharing with the team, and empowering one another to ensure that no one is left behind.

My motto is ' a healthy mind + healthy body = improved production". I would be happy to work for a company that values these principles and promotes a work-life balance. For instance, I believe that a person who is not in a good state of mind has a higher risk of endangering his / her safety and those of others when working particularly in a hazardous area or that which requires a high level of attention / concentration than someone who is level-headed.
